Dear Glenn and Helen,
Instead of these "Dangerous" books, I'd recommend the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. Scouting has been teaching the same things for over a century. Tossing your child a copy of a "Dangerous" book is not the same as actually experiencing the things these books discuss.
