"BackPack" nukes are a 40 year old technology. The W54 warhead on the "Dave Crockett" and on the "Special Atomic Demolition Munition" was a sort of Dial a nuke blast .2 to 1 kiloton, 163 pounds.

Whether the Russians lost a bunch or none is irrelevant. It's old technology and they had and have it.

I am not going to worry about suitcase Nukes!
All I am going to be concerned about is whether Bush attacks the Mullahs before he leaves office.

If the Islamo fascists were to detonate one or more small nukes, the middle east would be consumed in nuclear fire in short order. No western government, even a French one could stand more than 72 hrs before it was over thrown by its own military if attacked by Nukes.
